正清株式会社（Masakiyo Co.,Ltd.）（以下、「当社」といいます。）は、当社が運営する「Qidi in Japan」（ドメイン名：qidi.jp、以下、「本サービス」といいます。）において取得する利用者（以下、「ユーザー」といいます。）の個人情報を含む利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

本サービスをご利用いただくには、本ポリシーに同意していただく必要があり、本サービスの利用をもって本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

第1条（取得する利用者情報）

当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の利用者情報を取得します。

  1. ユーザーからご提供いただく情報
    • 会員登録時： ニックネーム、メールアドレス、パスワード
    • 有料会員登録時： 決済に必要な情報（クレジットカード情報など）
      • （注：クレジットカード情報等は、当社が直接保持するものではなく、当社が契約する決済代行会社によって安全に処理されます。）
    • インタラクション時： ユーザーが投稿するコメント、お問い合わせフォームから送信される内容（氏名、メールアドレス、本文など）
  2. 本サービスの利用により自動的に取得する情報
    • 端末情報およびアクセスログ： IPアドレス、Cookie（クッキー）情報、ブラウザの種類、アクセス日時、閲覧履歴など

第2条（利用目的）

当社は、取得した利用者情報を、以下の目的のために利用します。

  1. 本サービスの提供・運営のため（会員認証、ログイン機能の提供など）
  2. 有料会員サービスの運営のため（利用料金の決済処理、サブスクリプションの管理など）
  3. 本サービスの機能を提供するため（記事更新のメール通知、コメント機能の提供など）
  4. ユーザーからのお問い合わせに対応するため（本人確認を含む）
  5. 本サービスの利用状況の分析、サービス内容の改善、および新サービスの開発のため
  6. 本サービスに関する重要なお知らせや規約変更の通知など、必要な連絡を行うため
  7. 不正行為の防止、およびセキュリティの確保のため
  8. 上記の利用目的に付随する目的のため

第3条（第三者への提供）

当社は、取得した利用者情報のうち個人情報に該当するものについて、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく、第三者に提供しません。ただし、以下の場合を除きます。

  1. 法令に基づく場合
  2. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
  3. 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
  4. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
  5. 有料会員サービスの利用料金を決済するため、当社が契約する決済代行会社（クレジットカード会社を含む）に必要な情報（取引ID、決済金額など）を提供する場合

第4条（取扱いの委託）

当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を外部の第三者に委託することがあります（例：サーバーのホスティング、メール配信サービスの利用、決済代行など） 。 その場合、当社は当該委託先が個人情報を適切に管理・保護するよう、契約の締結等を通じて必要かつ適切な監督を行います 。

第5条（安全管理措置）

当社は、取り扱う個人情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止、その他個人情報の安全管理のために、必要かつ適切な技術的・組織的措置を講じます 。

第6条（Cookie（クッキー）の使用について）

  1. 本サービスは、ユーザーの利便性向上（ログイン状態の維持など）および利用状況の分析のため、Cookie を使用しています 。
  2. 当社は、本サービスの利用状況を把握するために「Google アナリティクス」を利用しています。Google アナリティクスは、Cookie を利用してユーザーの情報を収集しますが、個人を特定する情報は含まれておりません。
  3. ユーザーは、ブラウザの設定を変更することにより、Cookie の使用を無効にすることができます。ただし、Cookie を無効にした場合、本サービスの一部機能が正常に利用できなくなる可能性があります 。

第7条（個人情報の開示・訂正等の請求）

当社は、ユーザー本人から、個人情報保護法の定めに基づき個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、または消去（以下、「開示等」といいます。）を求められたときは、ご本人様からのご請求であることを確認の上、遅滞なく対応いたします（当該個人情報が存在しないときにはその旨を通知いたします）。

ただし、法令により当社が開示等の義務を負わない場合は、この限りではありません。 開示等のご請求は、第9条に定めるお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。

第8条（本ポリシーの変更）

  1. 当社は、必要に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することができます 。
  2. 本ポリシーを変更した場合、変更後のポリシーは本サイト上に掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします 。
  3. 法令上ユーザーの同意が必要となるような重要な変更を行う場合、当社所定の方法でユーザーの同意を得るものとします 。

Masakiyo Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the handling of user information, including the personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as "Users"), acquired through "Qidi in Japan" (Domain: qidi.jp, hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by the Company.

To use the Service, you must agree to this Policy. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.

Article 1 (User Information We Collect)

In providing the Service, the Company shall collect the following User information:

  1. Information provided by Users:
    • At membership registration: Nickname, email address, password.
    • At paid membership registration: Information necessary for payment (such as credit card information).
      • (Note: Credit card information and other payment details are not directly stored by the Company but are securely processed by a third-party payment gateway company contracted by the Company.)
    • During interaction: Comments posted by the User, content sent via inquiry forms (name, email address, message body, etc.).
  2. Information automatically collected through the use of the Service:
    • Device information and access logs: IP address, cookie information, browser type, access date and time, browsing history, etc.

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

The Company shall use the collected User information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Service (including member authentication and login functions).
  2. To operate the Paid Membership Service (including processing usage fees and managing subscriptions).
  3. To provide the functions of the Service (such as email notifications for article updates and providing comment functions).
  4. To respond to inquiries from Users (including identity verification).
  5. To analyze the usage of the Service, improve the content of the Service, and develop new services.
  6. To make necessary communications, such as important notices regarding the Service or notifications of changes to the Terms.
  7. To prevent fraudulent activities and ensure security.
  8. For purposes incidental to the above purposes of use.

Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)

The Company will not provide personal information among the collected User information to a third party without the prior consent of the User, except in the following cases:

  1. When required by law.
  2. When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the User's consent.
  3. When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the User's consent.
  4. When it is necessary to cooperate with a state agency, a local government, or an individual entrusted by either of the foregoing in executing affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the User's consent is likely to impede the execution of such affairs.
  5. When providing necessary information (such as transaction ID, payment amount, etc.) to the payment gateway company (including credit card companies) contracted by the Company in order to process usage fees for the Paid Membership Service.

Article 4 (Entrustment of Handling)

The Company may entrust the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, to an external third party to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use (e.g., server hosting, use of email delivery services, payment processing). In such cases, the Company will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the entrusted party, such as by concluding a contract, to ensure the appropriate management and protection of personal information.

Article 5 (Security Management Measures)

The Company shall take necessary and appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information it handles, and for the otherwise secure management of personal information.

Article 6 (Use of Cookies)

  1. The Service uses cookies to improve User convenience (such as maintaining login status) and to analyze usage patterns.
  2. The Company uses "Google Analytics" to understand the usage of the Service. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect User information, but this information does not include personally identifiable information.
  3. Users can disable the use of cookies by changing their browser settings. However, if cookies are disabled, some functions of the Service may not be available.

Article 7 (Requests for Disclosure, Correction, etc. of Personal Information)

When a User requests the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure (hereinafter referred to as "Disclosure, etc.") of their personal information based on the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Company will respond without delay after confirming that the request is from the User themselves (or notify the User if such personal information does not exist).

However, this shall not apply if the Company is not obligated to perform Disclosure, etc. under the law. Please contact the inquiry window specified in Article 9 for requests concerning Disclosure, etc.

Article 8 (Changes to this Policy)

  1. The Company may change this Policy as necessary.
  2. When this Policy is changed, the revised Policy shall become effective from the time it is posted on the Website.
  3. In the event of significant changes that require User consent under law, the Company shall obtain the User's consent in a manner prescribed by the Company.
